Carlos Luis Garcia and an additional Luis From airworks in West Palm Beach installed our RHEEM air condition unit After... three years of problems with the old one. They arrived on time they worked very hard and very professionally only entered our house after asking. They cleaned the entire garage including a large oil stain left by my old collectible car they rose above and beyond the call of duty and I highly recommend them for your installation. Of all the companies we have used unfortunately there have been many Air works is the real deal they even come back the following day to check that everything is OK with the other guy once they’re paid you’re lucky to even get them on the phone. Once again they did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. Unlike the other guy who shows up at 2 when it’s 90 inside they will be knocking at your door at 9 AM.. so unlike the others we’ve had the problem resolved early enough in the day That we didn’t suffer past 1 PM.read more

Generally service is very good except if you have a break down on a weekdown!! Then things can get very dicey!!... Quality of service is good but prices seem a bit high and problems never seem small and usually are not fixable with a simple, standard part off your truck...Generally I like the company very well.read more

Edgar was sent to service my repairs on Feb. 1st He was very helpful very professional and informative. He went above... and beyond for us. The worst thing that can pretty much go wrong with your central air happened too us. He made an expensive repair as pleasant as it could be. He made sure to get the house temperature comfortable before shutting it off to finish his work. He left the part that was replaced behind for us which to me means they are trustworthy. I called this company on a Saturday when I realized my air wasn't working, they came within an hour and that went smooth as well. Kudos to them! It feels great too give a good review on a local business, these days there aren't always many.read more

This company provided me with a quote to replace my unit for thousands of dollars, and another company repaired the... unit for $225. I'm adding additional information since the response by the company. While I do appreciate the no charge for diagnosis, I'm disappointed the repair option was not shared and this review is based on two separate services. The first time another property of mine was serviced, the technician flipped a circuit breaker that we attempted first at the home without success. The a/c turned on after the tech flipped the breaker then the tech laughed while charging a fee to do what we already tried. We were also dealing with the death of our mother while the tech laughed that we had to pay him to flip the breaker. The two service calls were not handled well at all in our opinion, but I'll give a 2nd star for the no charge on the last service call we will request from the company.read more

The AC unit went down on 10/10/2019 the Tenant that lives in unit recommended Airworx . Company was amazing they came... out fixed the issue offered their first time price reduction to me without asking. Max and Richard both good guys never met them in person spoke to Max on the phone after job was complete. Called Lauren to pay bill very sweet and professional lady. Highly recommended by this Landlord that owns commercial and residential properties.read more

Technicians displayed professionalism, courtesy and expertise Max & Rich were not only on time (same day service!) but... the entire experience from initial phone contact with Airworx through the pair of them staying until they were absolutely sure our issue was resolved was excellent. We had an issue with condensate drain for some time with no previous resolution from other service providers. These guys drilled into the problem and got it fixed. Turns out the previous homeowner had self-engineered a P-trap underground at the exit of the drain!read more

It was awesome to find a company who has high standards and are certified. Lauren was responsive and helped to... accommodate my schedule. Will was professional, courteous and punctual when evaluating my air conditioning unit. Robert did an awesome job on my air duct cleaning. There was no upselling or gimmicks. When I called this company for help, they were quick to respond. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a couple of... options. There was NEVER any pressure to replace our air condioner. My husband and I decided to go with a new unit. The price we were quoted was fair and they were able to set us up with financing.Everyone was so nice and understanding, from the office girls to the air installers. Dennis, one of the owners, even came by to ease my worries. I would highly recommend this company.read more

After having bad experiences with an a/c company that sold me a non compatible system and having another come out to... take a 1 minute look before trying to sell me a new system, it was a pleasure to do business with a real company. My technician Barry was very professional and thorough. Barry did explain what my issues were with my system and that he could fix my system. After asking some questions and without Barry pushing, we decided on a new system. The system was installed the next day with a very thorough and professional staff.
